What are the benefits of ceramic coating machinery?

Ceramic coatings create a durable, hydrophobic protective layer that helps reduce dirt adhesion, makes routine cleaning easier and helps preserve the appearance of painted surfaces. This is particularly beneficial for machinery regularly exposed to dust, mud, agricultural contaminants and outdoor conditions.

Do you offer mobile ceramic coating services?

Yes. PCC offers mobile ceramic coating services throughout eligible areas of Western Australia. Our technicians can attend dealerships, workshops, machinery storage facilities and other suitable locations, provided the equipment and working environment meet our application requirements.

How to reserve a booking?

Each booking requires a $100 fully refundable deposit.

For booking cancellations, we respectfully ask for you to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your booking for a full refund of your $100 booking deposit.

How much does a ceramic coating cost?

Pricing varies depending on the equipment's size, surface area, condition, preparation requirements and location. Contact PCC with your equipment details for a personalised quotation.

Does ceramic coating protect against scratches, stone chips and physical damage?

No. Ceramic coating is designed to provide chemical and environmental surface protection, not physical impact protection. It helps protect compatible surfaces against certain contaminants, chemical exposure and environmental deterioration, but will not prevent scratches, stone chips, dents or abrasion from normal machinery operation.

How soon can machinery be used after ceramic coating?

The required curing period depends on the coating system, temperature, humidity and operating conditions. Machinery should remain protected from moisture, harsh chemicals and heavy contamination during the initial curing period. PCC will provide specific curing instructions and advise when the equipment can safely return to service.
