Aftercare and Maintenance

Partnered with our outstanding warranty and aftercare support, that means for any questions you have or issues that you are experiencing, our team will be available to respond within 12 hours / 7 days a week (Yes, even on Sundays).
We consider your vehicle brand new if it is less than 3 months from the delivery date or has under 5,000 kilometers on the odometer (For Demo Models).
Each package offers unique benefits.
For entry-level new car protection, we recommend our Basic Package.
It includes a high-quality paint protection to keep your vehicle looking its best.
For enhanced protection and more coverage, consider our Essentials and Complete packages.
If you're unsure which option is best for you, feel free to call us or book a free in-person consultation.
Each treament requires a $100 fully refundable deposit.
This can be paid online via our booking system, bank transfer, or in-store.
For booking cancellations, we respectfully ask for you to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your booking for a full refund of your $100 booking deposit.
The time required will depend on the package you choose and the current condition of your vehicle. If additional preparation work is needed before applying the coating, more time will be required to achieve the highest quality results.
For the Basic and Essentials Package, we require a minimum of 24-30 hours (Next Day Pick-Upto ensure the ceramic coating is applied correctly and has properly cured overnight.
For the Complete Package, a minimum of 1-2+ days are required.
